On May 1, 2024, Mass Spring held its first public meeting on Worcester’s City Charter. While the meeting was primarily a community conversation, we began the meeting with a brief overview of some major components of the current city charter.
Below, you will find a version of the slides from that presentation, modified for online viewers. While it is a brief overview, it covers the major powers delegated to the city manager, mayor, and city council.
